Areas of Expertise:

• Extensive experience in auditing and consulting to public entities, including school districts, municipalities, authorities and joint insurance funds.

• As a consultant, responsible for the issuance of tax exempt debt, coordination of management review studies of the financial operations of the business office, assisting in labor negotiations, development of personnel guides, accounting and policy manuals.

• Serves as partner in charge of the firm’s municipal and school board clients who prepare Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR) for submission to the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) to obtain the Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting.

• Presently serves as a Special Review Committee member of the GFOA and ASBO, whose sole responsibility is to review and grade annual financial reports from governmental entities throughout the country.

• Extensive experience in providing audit and financial advisory services to common interest realty associations, including budget preparation, transition financial studies and management services.
