Gary W. Higgins is a senior and founding partner in the firm of Lerch, Vinci & Higgins, LLP, and currently serves as the Quality Control Partner of the firm.

Areas of Expertise:

• Overall responsibility for audit engagements of governmental entitites including municipal governments, school districts and public authorities, and not-for-profit organizations.

• Expert knowledge pertaining to municipal finance, development and review of governmental budgets, application of agreed upon procedures to specific aspects of governmental operations and development and implementation of financial and compliance corrective action plans.

• Representation of municipal clients before regulatory agencies.

• Extensive experience in providing audit and financial advisory services to common interest realty associations, including budget preparation, transition financial studies and management services.
